Why Do I Fall? A Medication-Centric Approach to the Falls Assessment

Abstract: Pharmacists are often asked to review patient's medication and provide recommendations to reduce the risk of falls. This presentation will review the etiology of falls, identifying patients at 'high-risk' of falling, and how pharmacists can mitigate the risk of falls.
