Join Jane Osler of PJ Osler and Associations as she shares her international experience as a former guest at the Bike Hotel Belvedere in Riccione, Italy. She will share the practices used by the hotel to keep their base of previous customers engaged in ways that entices them to return year after year and ensures 'they want to come back' when it is safe to do so.
Jane is a marketing and research executive who provides inspiring, informative and consumer insight on strategic marketing and business issues related to the tourism and the retail industries. Skilled at leading a range of different projects she applies her expertise in business and marketing planning, Explorer Quotient research, customer segmentation research, competitive analyses, and market potential analyses to assist organizations take action to strengthen their bottom line. An avid sports enthusiast, when she’s not at her desk, you’ll find her cycling, travelling or enjoying a glass of wine.
