About this event

Cultivating Gratitude & Self-Compassion Webinar: It has been found through research that gratitude and self-compassion significantly increases happiness and decreases depressive symptoms immediately after the intervention and these effects lasted as far as 6 months post intervention.

In this one hour webinar we will learn what gratitude and self-compassion is, how it impacts your mood and how to cultivate gratitude and self-compassion in your daily life to boost your mood during the winter months.
