Description

Calling all Female leaders, founders and owners! Calling all team nurturers, system-shifters, and assumption challengers. This workshop is designed to support you in growing your companies in holistic, sustainable and resilient directions.

Participants will leave this seminar equipped with practical strategies for catalyzing a culture shift within their organization, to build movements around their unique vision and to expand their talent communities.

Leaders will be empowered to use their own brand of leadership - a brand of compassion, emotional intelligence, creative courage and collaboration - to foster a culture that truly brings employee engagement to the forefront.

You have a powerful vision. Galvanizing your team and community is key to bringing that vision to life.

What we will cover:

Facilitators will elaborate on these vital topics and share strategies to lead creative cultures and organizational shifts:

  1. An indepth look at culture trends: purpose-driven companies, community building, organizational shifts.

  2. Understanding Creative Courage as a framework for building a thriving and mission-aligned business culture.

  3. Strategies to nurture greater team alignment, morale and decisiveness.

  4. Approaches to fostering creativity within teams, practices, and projects.

  5. Ready-to-use practices to deepen engagement and nurture impact with internal and external stakeholders.

Supporting Female System-shifters

We are committed to supporting companies founded, led and owned by women. We believe Women in Power have the strategic foresight, empathy and collaborative approach that will lead businesses to change the world.

This programme is tailored specifically to Female leaders:

  • Leading growth organizations and seeking preparation for the challenges that lie ahead: merging of acquired companies, integrating teams, growing teams, new management.

  • Leading emerging companies currently facing internal challenges; low-morale, turnover, hyper-growth, lack of creativity, lack of autonomy and trust.

  • Launching startups and wanting to cultivate an aligned team.

  • Galvanizing community support for non-profits.

  • Disrupting industries and technologies offering alternatives to traditional business systems.

*This is an inclusive seminar. While the title is directed at female leaders, we are open to all those who identify as a woman; including cis, trans, and gender-fluid persons.

Meet the facilitators:

Getting Creative with Erin Willett:

Erin intends to change the way we do business, by leading with emotional-intelligence, creative courage and collaboration. She’s a modern-day hippy who believes that strategic companies have soulful approaches. It isn’t all intuition - Erin has spent the last 8 years working with growing businesses, helping them build movements around their unique identity, shaping their communication strategies and tactics as they nurture strong teams and expand their markets.

Erin's been honing her creative courage since picking up a colouring pencil at age 3. She's turned her passion into a process: showing clients how to do the same. She'll teach you how to Tap In, leaving your team inspired, confident and decisive.

Grow your community with Maya Toussaint:

Maya is the person you want at a dinner party, on your team and as a loyal friend. She has over 8 years of recruitment and HR experience in Montreal and Toronto and more recently working with startups on employee experience and culture management. Her work with global organizations while working for LinkedIn for 5 years, brings insight in to how companies, from the startup to the international giant, handle growth and employee engagement. Maya brings humour and real world context to teams looking to collaborate and grow, leveraging best practices and customer success management to get ‘er done.

Get insightful with Flavie Halais:

Flavie Halais is a digital storyteller and brand strategist obsessed with global culture, people, and seeing the bigger picture. As a freelance journalist covering international affairs, she has spent over 10 years studying how people manage social change, conduct business, and innovate in extreme settings (she’d love to tell you all about the complex economies of refugee camps). When she’s not roaming around the world looking for her next story to tell, Flavie works with purpose-driven organizations to craft compelling brand strategies and meaningful experiences based on smart insights.

Small Classes, Big results:

This workshop has space for 40 participants. This will be an interactive environment with plenty of direct support from the facilitators and hands-on exercises. Therefore, spaces are limited.
