Description

Join Catherine McLeod of Ontario Culture Days and Stephen Near of the Hamilton Arts Council in this FREE information session about the upcoming Culture Days (Sept 29, 30 and Oct 1, 2017). Find out how you can be involved as an artist or organization in this national festival to celebrate arts and culture in your community!

The event will be hosted by Hamilton Public Library as part of their Culture Days @ the Library program which run for the 2nd time this year. This seminar is brought you by the Hamilton Arts Council and will take place in the Hamilon Room at the Central Branch of the Hamilton Public Library!

Culture Days is a collaborative movement to encourage awareness, participation and engagement of all Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. This Canada-wide celebration represents the largest-ever public participation campaign undertaken by the arts and cultural community in this country and will feature thousands of free, hands-on, interactive activities that invite the public to participate “behind-the-scenes,” to discover the world of artists, creators, historians, architects, curators, designers and other creative people in their communities.
