Description

The Entrepreneurship Society, Rogers, Wildman & Associates', BDC, Bank of Montreal and Jagger breakfast series is back with an event focusing on hiring and retaining top talent at RSM Canada.

This event is for founders, owners and C-Suite employees of companies doing 3MM+ in revenue.

It takes time, effort and investment to find the best talent for an organization. Many organizations struggle to find the right talent for positions they have open despite hundreds of applicants coming through. The cost of making a poor hire is is hard to quantify due to financial, cultural and customer/client implications. Once great candidates are found and hired, its hard to keep them - so how can you find the right talent and make sure they stay? It's important to view your employees as fundamental building blocks and make sure they continually develop and grow by investing time and resources.
