Cultus Lake Park Village Centre Plan Project - Community Meeting

The Cultus Lake Park Village Centre Plan will provide clear direction for future growth and redevelopment of the Village Centre site. The Plan will consider how additional commercial, multi-family residential and mixed-use development can be integrated to support complete and healthy community development for residents and visitors alike. The Plan will build upon PlanCultus 2016 (Cultus Lake Park Plan Bylaw No. 1080, 2016), and support key community values for Cultus Lake Park, including fostering a strong sense of community, enhancing the Village character, preserving the natural environment, creating a diverse and accessible community, and supporting year-round recreational use of the park. Fundamental to the Plan’s success will be collaborating with key stakeholders through meaningful engagement opportunities during the Village Centre planning process.
