In this session, Brendan Callaghan will talk about the importance of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value of Customer (LVT) and give practical methods to help reduce it.

About the Speaker:


Brendan is responsible for helping Portag3 Ventures portfolio companies build their inside sales capabilities and develop/coach sales teams to be more scalable.

Before joining Portag3, Brendan has had a career working with some of Toronto’s most notable startups, such as Honeycomb Worldwide, Varicent Software, Field ID, and Leonardo. Brendan’s last role before joining Portag3 was as the Global Sales leader for OrangeHRM where he was responsible for all aspects of sales for the company.
