IMPORTANT - This workshop is available to employers and employees in the Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga regions. Open to tourism and hospitality workers, regardless of work status, and those interested in entering the field.

In this two half-day workshop, HWTC will help prepare you for the post-Covid 19 workplace by giving you the tools you need to become a customer service superstar.
Our expert team of Facilitator/Instructors and Coaches will help you:
- Refresh basic customer service skills;
- Understand the importance of teamwork in a customer service environment;
- Address cultural awareness and unconscious bias;
- Learn to manage complaints and difficult customers;
- Review phone and email etiquette;
- Develop a mindset that supports customer service excellence.
