Marc Mackinnon, Partner, Cyber Risk Services, Deloitte Canada

Marc MacKinnon is a partner with Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services and Deputy to Canada’s Cyber Risk Services Managing Partner. Prior to this, Marc led Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Services in Toronto, Deloitte’s Security, Privacy and Resiliency practice across Canada and was the Chief of Staff to Deloitte’s global Enterprise Risk Services managing director. Marc’s experience of more than nineteen years, ranges from leading large-scale, complex domestic and global client cyber security engagements to designing and running security outsourcing services for some of Deloitte’s largest multinational clients within the financial services and retail sectors. Marc’s Deloitte international experience includes serving clients in more than 10 countries. Marc leads, authors and contributes to a number of frequently referenced publications, benchmarking studies and books. His most recent research and publications include: Smart Cyber: How Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help manage cyber risk; and Changing faces of cyber security: Closing the cyber talent gap.

Stephanie Davis, Manager, Data Protection and Privacy, Deloitte Canada

Stephanie Davis, MA, MLIS, ITIL, CISSP is a Manager in Deloitte’s Cyber Risk practice, based in Toronto. Stephanie specializes in the development and implementation of data protection, privacy and governance strategies, standards and processes. By doing this, Stephanie improves organizations’ risk assessment and mitigation capabilities to enable greater monitoring and management of events that relate to privacy, physical and cyber security. She has deep understanding and experience mitigating the challenges associated with identifying, capturing, managing and sharing data and leveraging it across the organization to drive greater business impact. Stephanie has specialized skills in taxonomy, classification, solution design and data performance, which she has applied to the creation and maintenance of secure and effective data-sharing processes and platforms. She has driven requirements gathering and architectural design of integrated and centralized solutions that enable coordination and control of sensitive data. Using change management strategies and effective governance mechanisms, Stephanie executes on strategy to drive meaningful and sustainable organizational change

Ken Rauch, Manager, Cyber Risk Advisory Services, Deloitte Canada

Ken Rauch has over 20 years of IT experience spanning from application support all the way through to network services. Ken’s expertise is within the IT infrastructure, cyber security and process management and development. Ken’s tenure of over 14 years at various outsourcing organizations has given him the understanding of the needs of client. The client comes first attitude is capped by his professional demeanor.
As part of his experience Ken led teams as a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, IT Security (Governance, Risk, Compliance) IT Service Management including; Change and Organizational Change Management, Vendor Management, Certificate Management (SHA-1 to SHA-2 conversion) and Patch Management. As part of his roles he developed many improved processes, analytics and governance models.
He has been recognized by his management for his excellent leadership and communication skills as well as the work he did with developing an operational team for a national communications company. Success was measured by the decrease in incidents and the reduction in operational risk within the organization.
Ken moved into an area of his passion for technology and cyber security. He is currently a Manager at Deloitte Canada in their Cyber Risk practice.
