You're invited to the 3rd Annual Dance for Down syndrome organized and hosted by the Jaber family in memory of Nancy Pozega! The evening will include a four course dinner, a deluxe open bar, a DJ, dancing, games, and raffles.
"My aunt's name was Nancy Pozega. She lived with me & my family for over 20 years, until she passed away 3 years ago, at age 49. She was the most amazing person & definitely the glue of our entire family. When she passed away suddenly it was probably the hardest thing I had ever dealt with, but it got me thinking about how I could take a really hard situation & make it more positive. Nancy was someone who loved a good party. Anytime it was someones birthday, Christmas, a wedding or even just a backyard barbecue, Nancy got more excited than anyone (especially if it meant she would maybe have an excuse to dance)! That's when the idea for Dance for Down Syndrome came alive. I wanted to do something in her memory, that I know she would have loved, as well as bringing awarness to down syndrome & help families who are in some way connected to it." - Nadia
