About this Event
Mobility & flexibility are key words here. This class is designed to meet dancers needs in stretching, mobility work and alignment which are usually disregarded in any other dance classes, as there is never enough time in a 1 hour. Dance style you like, dance experience you have and your current abilities are not to worry. If you want to improve your flexibility, feel more confident in movement and operating your body as a dancer, if you wish to flow and to groove while working on those tight spots, and if you enjoy great music, come try this class!
Bring you own yoga mat if you don't like to stretch on the floor. This class will teach you to carry your own body weight, however if you do have existing injuries, preconditions or cautions about aggravating past issues, bring all other necessary equipment you think you need for stretching.
NOTE: This is in-studio class, equipment cannot be shared, no movement beyond designated spots is allowed at the moment.
