About this week's host:

Grammmz is a long time attendee at Dance Temple and self taught DJ. She aims to curate an experience that promotes release as you shake out everything that may have built up through the week. Expect to move through resistance and into your embodied self so that you can fully let go and be brought back down into a more grounded space.

The lights are turned down low and music is turned up loud so you can get lost in your dance!
