Event description

Description

Foster and kinship caregivers need to understand the new Children’s Services Model of Service. This presentation will review the history of Collaborative Service Delivery implementation in Alberta and how it has been rolled out in the Edmonton region. We will review how this has changed the way Child and Family Services works collaboratively with families through their CSD partners. We will look at how CSD impacts relationships between caregivers and Children’s Services, and how we are now expected to work together with our service teams. We will provide information, tools and strategies that will support you to understand, and work successfully with your CSD team.

Presenters: Bruce Day & Maria Montgomery from Unlimited Potential Community Services
