b. Title: Data Security - assuring protection for your data sources & data flows from internal and external actors.
c. Abstract: Large and small organizations are not protecting their data and systems assets well enough. There have been large failures reaching billions of data records both personal and business information. In 2020: Broadvoice (350 million records stolen); Microsoft (250 million records stolen); CAM4 - Adult site (11 Billion records stolen); Estee Lauder (440 million records stolen, and others. Before that Equifax ('17 - 135 million records stolen), Yahoo ('13-'16 3 Billion + records stolen); JP Morgan ('14 76 million records stolen)....
So if these large organizations with their security teams were unable to protect their data, just imagine how difficult and necessary it is for us to protect our data. Learn how to do this from Dr. Estwick
