Day to Day Coping

About this Event
DAY TO DAY COPING IS MOVING TO ONLINE BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC
The Fall is full of transitions, which can cause some anxiety as we get into new routines! This Fall is more challenging than usual due to the uncertainty around de-confinement. Join our Day to Day Coping group to explore meaningful activities that can help you through these difficult moments. Together we will build habits that promote self-regulation and foster self-determination (making choices for yourself).
The groups will be led by an Occupational Therapist & Student OT. Based on the OT framework of the 5Cs (Thibeault) we will explore Centering, Creative, Contributing, Connecting and Contemplative activities. We will learn how to make regular time for these activities that lead to personal growth through challenging moments.
