Event description

Description

Days of Mindfulness for Educators

These days are offered in partnership with Mindfulness Everyday.

Come restore and gIve yourself the gift of self-care in a supported and safe environment without any judgement. Share in nourishing and joyful practices in the morning, followed by coming in community to inquire how we can experience self care on the go, and to how to make self care do-able.

The day will consist of some gentle yoga, and some mindful compassionate practices, with some dialogue about self care in our daily lives. You will leave feeling cared for, connected to other educators and fuelled by discussion and sharings.

The event is open to everyone in education - educators, parents, professionals. Please arrive at least 15 min early to settle in. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, a lunch that doesn't require heating, a thermos and/or reusable water bottle and anything else you need to be comfortable. Hot water and tea will be provided.
