Deadly Thinking is a social and emotional wellbeing and suicide prevention workshop, designed by and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to be delivered to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities; natural helpers; Elders; everyone is welcome!




Deadly Thinking Community Workshop is a one-day workshop where core social and emotional wellbeing issues are yarned about in an open, respectful and comfortable forum. Each session includes a Deadly Thinking video that discusses a different aspect of social and emotional wellbeing.

Topics covered include yarning, risks to wellbeing, staying strong, handling worries, symptoms of anxiety and depression, drug and alcohol misuse, suicide risk, pathways to help and connection to Culture and Country.

All participants receive a Deadly Thinkpack.

This pack comprises: a Deadly Thinking logo bag; truckers cap; pens and pencils; Deadly Thinking one-day social and emotional well-being workbook and a certificate of participation.
