Description

This event is a lunchtime roundtable discussion on the topic of "Decolonizing the Discipline of Political Science," and is a part of the Political Science Graduate Students' Association Annual Symposium. This year's theme is "Canada's 150: Views from the Margins."

Confirmed Speakers include Dr. Malinda Smith, Dr. Isabel Altamirano-Jimenez, Dr. Adam Gaudry, and Dr. Fiona Nicoll

This round-table will consider questions of Race, Indigeneity, and Ethnicity in Political Science Research and efforts by universities to "Decolonize," "Indigenize," and "Reconcile" the academy.

Lunch will be provided.
