Hello!

First of all thank you so much for getting involved with Deep Freese festival this year. We could not do this without you, and we are so excited you joined our team this season!

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you all to our official Orientation Supper for Deep Freeze 2019! This supper is only for volunteers- not for our friends and family.

This event is quite important as you will be meeting with your Team Lead for the festival to receive specific information regarding your crew. If you cannot attend, please let us know so we can make sure you receive the correct information.

The event will take place January 8, 2019, at Alberta Avenue Community League (9210 118 Ave NW).

There will be 2 seatings, one at 5:30 PM and one at 7:30 PM.

Volunteers will also have an opportunity to sign up for additional shifts and speak to our Festival Volunteer Coordinator, Simon with any questions or concerns you may have!

Thank you again for all you do for the organization of Arts on the Ave. We look forward to sharing Deep Freeze Festival with you. Our volunteers truly are the heart of the soul of the festival and we are so excited to share this year with you!
