Happy New Year! What time of year is better to refresh, re-boot and re-energize? I'm looking forward to seeing you at the next Graduates' class. Not to worry if you can't even remember the last time you did a formal meditation. There's never, ever any judgment in this environment. Come as you are and deepen what is best within you. Regardless of whether things have been stressful or smooth, give yourself this gift of self-care.

- Mindfulness Talk - Exploring Happiness & Resilience
- Short closing meditation
