Mindfulness for Health Graduates and/or experienced meditators
Keeping the Practice Alive (or Reviving It! :))
Looking forward to seeing you at the next Graduates' class! Not to worry if you can't even remember the last time you did a formal meditation - come on out and revive or continue your mindfulness practice. There's never, ever any judgment in this environment. Come as you are and deepen what is best within you. Regardless of whether things have been extremely stressful for you in the last little while or whether things have been going relatively smoothly, allow this class to signify a fresh start for you - restorative in the deepest of ways. Mindfulness allows us to develop insight, which paves the path towards peace.
We will follow our usual format:
- Meditation (35 minutes)
- Q & A
- Mindfulness Talk
- Short closing meditation
