After delivering 45 Dementia Resilience programs over the last five months and empowering more than 1,100 individuals, we’re returning to the start.
Join us as we launch a refreshed series beginning with Foundations of Fitness, a welcoming, movement-focused session designed to support brain health, build resilience, and encourage lifelong wellness.

Connect with your community for a dynamic half-day of learning, guided activity, and meaningful conversation.
