Learn how to create beautiful restaurant quality pastries at home.

About this event

At home in her kitchen, gathered around the island, watch and learn how Chef Laura MacLeod creates croissants, pain au chocolate, danishes and palmiers. You will be provided with all of the recipes used in the demo, as well as step by step instructions with photos. It's time to share company, experiences and stories again. Bring your notebook along. Coffee, tea or wine will be provided. And at the end of the class... a taste test of course!
