Demystifying Measurement: NEW DATE
Tue, 6 June 2017, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
One of the trickiest, and most pressing, challenges in the nonprofit sector is how to measure outcomes and impact. This workshop is designed to engage participants in learning the fundamentals for developing and activating a meaningful and relevant measurement strategy. The workshop will cover core concepts, considerations for developing measures, and ways to achieve learning amidst pressures to report impact. We will draw from practical examples and create the space for questions and conversations about measurement challenges and way to mitigate those challenges. Leadership would focus on utilization and decision making.
