Department of Biochemistry Winter Gala

Every year the Department of Biochemistry has a Winter Gala that is meant to bring together the faculty and students together to celebrate the end/beginning of the year (aside from during the pandemic). The purpose of the event is to provide a social environment so that can foster the development of professional relationships between faculty, professors, and students to bolster the interconnected environment of the Biochemistry department. The Winter Gala will start with an opening ceremony to welcome the guests and for the BCGSA to showcase the recent academic accomplishments to celebrate with the entire department. There will be a dinner reception following the opening ceremony, along with an evening of eventful activities (e.g., trivia or jeopardy), to facilitate social interactions with our guests.
