A unique platform for aspiring South Asian Artists
Desi Open Mic provides a unique platform for South Asian talent. Whether you’re a musician, storyteller, poet, comedian -or any other form of performance artist we welcome you with open arms.
*Guidelines*
- Slot time is 6 Minutes which should be strictly followed.
- Selected Performers and their bringers should be ready to go live before 5 Minutes before the event starts.
- Last Minutes Cancellations are not allowed.
- All the performers and their bringer have to be present during the entire event.
- Total number of spots will be limited to 11.
How is DESI OPEN MIC different from a regular open mic?
- We encourage participants who perform in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu among English. Content in English is always welcome, but just be aware that if you only speak English there will be content in other languages at our events

Performers will need to confirm a Bringer to get a spot. (A bringer is someone joining the event as an audience member to support you and others.)
