About this event

When was the last time you actively created comfort, treated yourself, or made decisions for your mind and body just because you wanted to? Self-care can be unintentionally neglected and when done with thoughtfulness it can make profound impacts in the way we feel, how we interact and behave in our relationships, and how we show up in our work.

This workshop will help you design a self-care plan that feels natural, impactful, and most importantly easy to turn into daily habits that have you feeling like the best version of yourself.

You will gain clarity around:

- The changes you want to see for yourself and what you are comfortable to do to make those changes

- Self-care practices that feel right for you

- The physical and mental environment you can create to best support your self-care practices

- Ways in which you can design self-care rituals into your daily life

- A plan that considers your physical / environmental / emotional wants and desires
