The Design Thinking Executive Bootcamp is a highly energetic 3-day program for you to learn the principles and practices of Design Thinking from a diverse team of internationally recognized coaches from the worlds of research, design, business, and academia.
The Design Thinking Executive Bootcamp has been crafted for leaders who are seeking new ideas, methods, and strategies for addressing the complex challenges facing their organizations and communities. You and your team will solve a real-world design challenge, from the research phase to the first prototype. We will cover strategies for implementing new solutions using Design Thinking.

With formal training in business model design, he is able to translate big concepts into real world solutions that meet both the unmet needs of individuals and the business objectives of clients in industries including agriculture, energy, tech, financial services, CPG, and retail.
Trevor McConnell is an innovator in Ryerson's world famous Zone Learning Network, where he leads design blitzes for business and foundation leaders to develop innovation and stakeholder value. Trevor's work is to inspire and educate young designers and creatives by proving their work has a significant impact on improving communities.
Alex Mines is a strategist and thought-leader in service innovation, branding, and marketing with years of experience in shaping customer expectations and experiences. He a believer in experimentation — working with companies both big and small in B2B and B2C markets across a range of sectors including retail, information and communication technology, financial services, tourism, and not-for-profits.
Osama Sbeitan is an entrepreneur and innovator in residence at Ryerson University with 10 years of experience working to help clients find creative solutions to complex problems and to embed design thinking as a strategic advantage in their organizations. With over a decade of experience in various aspects of product and service design, Osama has worked in a variety of sectors and clients.
