Experience a guided tasting of the evolution of flavours of a beer that is aged in a cellar versus in a wine and a whiskey barrel.

Early in the pandemic we launched our Desperate Times Baltic Porter in bottles, but intentionally kept a few cases in the cellar to age plus put some into barrels to age in preparation for this even. During this tasting you will taste our two year cellar-aged Desperate Times, our Zinful -the baltic porter aged in a Zinfandel barrel, and our Firebrand - the baltic porter aged in a whiskey barrel.

Your event ticket includes the tasting of all three versions of our Baltic Porter, a guided tour of the cellar AND the first opportunity to purchase our Zinful and Firebrand before they go on sale for the public the following week. You will also have the opportunity to purchase the cellared Desperate Times which will not be made available to the public!

Every guest attending will be asked to show proof of vaccination, wear a mask when not seated. Seating will be spaced out based on ticket purchases to add some extra comfort to the experience.
