Susan Hoy is a classically trained, red seal and CCC (Canadian Chef de Cuisine) with over 15 years' experience. The founder of The Simply Living Program, Susan lost 100 pounds and used food as medicine to heal a number of health concerns. Focused on nourishing her body, mind & spirit she is now at her healthiest and dedicated to helping others.
