Discussion | Detox Yoga Flow Class | Samples of Foods that Promote Detoxification

In this mini workshop you’ll learn how you can boost the innate detox functions of your body by using specific foods, following certain nutritional guidelines and adding specific cleansing yoga sequences to your practice.

A clean & properly functioning digestive system equals greater health, clarity, consciousness and vitality.

You'll learn how to incorporate detoxifying strategies to:
