Developing a solid strategy for growth is essential in today’s non-profit landscape. In order to be successful in meeting their mandates, organizations in the non-profit sector increasingly draw inspiration from the business world.

So what could this look like for your organization?

In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to reach out to stakeholders in a way that will get you speaking to the right person, better understand their needs and offer solutions that will make a difference – for your stakeholder, you and your organization!

Learning how to gain better insight into the stakeholders perspective, their reality and what they are trying to achieve for their organization is critical to creating win-win scenarios.

You’ll get an introduction to some of the tools that are available to help you create more and better opportunities for your organization, satisfy more stakeholders and create sustainable working relationships.

Attendees will learn the following:

1. The ‘secret’ that establishing and sustaining great stakeholder relationships is about working together for mutual benefit
2. How to uncover the true needs of your audience
3. The top ten rules for successfully sharing your idea, product, service or social impact
