Meet your trainer: Jo-Ann McArthur
Jo-Ann is President and founding partner of Nourish Food Marketing and the International Food Marketing Alliance. Nourish is Canada's only full serve food and beverage agency, creating strategies that help move products off shelves, into the consumer's shopping basket, and into their hearts.
Jo-Ann has spent a career building brands with consumers and retailers at Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Cadillac Fairview and Molson, where as a divisional President of Molson and member of the North American Management Board she refocused the business to sell more beer, profitably.
She enjoys hiking and running half marathons with her husband, 3 children and goldendoodle Gracie - a necessity as she enjoys tasting everything that comes out of the Nourish test kitchen! Jo-Ann also designs and teaches courses for the Association of Canadian Advertisers, the Sponsorship Marketing Council of Canada and Food Starter (the MaRS for food), and is a Faculty Member of the Schulich School of Business.
