'Weekend to Remember' - a weekend to celebrate 115 years of faithful ministry at Dewi Sant Welsh United Church.
About this event
As Dewi Sant closes its doors for the final time, we have planned a memorable weekend, as we remember the past with joy, love and a little bit of 'hiraeth'.
2.00pm - Concert, featuring
- Toronto Welsh Male Voice Choir and a production of the
- Ballad of Dewi Sant, written by the Reverend Dr. Cerwyn Davies.
4.00pm - Reception.
- Catered food and beverages.
5.30pm - Noson Lawen and Open Mic.
- Opportunity to view and particiapte in the Noson Lawen.
Please note, during the weekend, filming and photography will be taking place. Notices will be placed in the building as appropriate. Also, a chairlift is available for those who have mobility challenges.
