Please join us for a free workshop on staying healthy with Diabetes presented in English The workshop will be presented by a Certified Diabetes Educator nurse and dietitian. They will discuss how to lower your risk of developing diabetes and how to manage your diabetes through healthy eating, physical activity, medication and stress relief.
