The featured artist is Jola (Macanjy Art) a Nigerian black artist who uses his art medium to speak on the woes of the society. This is also in conjunction with the Next Folding Theatre company. A lot of the works to be exhibited will be hyper-realistic drawings, abstract paintings, textured art and designs, spoken work and voiceovers. Jola is also the Artist in Residence at the Charlotte street Arts center from Jan 26 - March 6.
