James is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with a can-do approach to business. He is also a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and brings an innovative and creative customer first approach to developing customer and employee experience, sales and service strategies, and engaging others to establish recommendations for business development.

His career has been well balanced among management consulting, strategic planning, marketing strategy, project management, B2B and B2C sales, business development and entrepreneurial management, with a particular emphasis on building, nurturing, and sustaining client relationships. James' experience is complemented with exceptional business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and proven success in communicating, executing and monitoring strategic business initiatives.
