Description

Join us on Tuesday September 24, 2019 when we kick off the 2019-2020 CMHDS Season with a breakfast seminar on “Disaster Preparedness: Are Your Prepared or In Denial?

BC's Lower Mainland is one of the most seismically exposed area's in the world, with many communities also located below sea level. Is your business prepared and are you personally prepared or are you in denial, hoping the big one won't hit within your lifetime?

The first half of this presentation will focus on Business Continuity, detailing the steps to minimize the impact of an Earthquake or Natural Disaster on your workplace and employees.

The second half of the presentation will focus on Personal Preparedness – what to do during and after an Earthquake or Natural Disaster to protect your family, friends, colleagues and yourself.
