DISCOUNTED - Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) Workshop - Oct 2021

Ontario Tech Engineering Students’ Society will be hosting a SolidWorks workshop for students who are interested in getting their Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) certification.

If you are interested in gaining more hands-on experience and knowledge or simply looking to grow your skillsets to become more proficient in SolidWorks then you do not want to miss out on this event! This is an excellent opportunity for you to get ahead and meet industry needs.

The certification is authentic and genuine and is provided by Dassault Systèmes - SolidWorks Certification Centre upon successfully passing the examination.

Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) is a Level 1 - Intermediate Level workshop. In order to succesfully pass the CSWA exam, the workshop will be covering the following material

• Sketch entities - lines, rectangles, circles, arcs, ellipses, centerlines
• Sketch tools - offset, convert, trim
• Sketch relations
• Boss and cut features - extrudes, revolves, sweeps, lofts
• Fillets and chamfers
• Linear, circular, and fill patterns
• Dimensions
• Feature conditions – start and end
• Mass properties
• Materials
• Inserting components
• Standard mates - coincident, parallel, perpendicular, tangent, concentric, distance, angle
• Reference geometry – planes, axis, mate references
• Drawing views
• Annotations

The format of the workshop is as follows:

Workshop #1: Saturday, October 23rd from 10 AM to 1 PM

Workshop #2: Sunday, October 24th from 10 AM to 1 PM

Workshop #3: Saturday, October 30th from 10 AM to 1 PM

Exam: Saturday, October 31st from 10 AM to 1 PM

The price for the Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) Workshop is $100. The first 30 students to register will get a discounted price of $50. Make sure to register quickly and seats are limited!
