Understanding customer behaviour is the foundation of all successful startups! This 5-week applied program will teach entrepreneurs how to engage customers and discover their motivations, preferences, and needs. Participants will be expected to conduct multiple customer interviews, reporting results of those interviews through LaunchPad Central, and continue to mould their business model on a weekly basis. By the end of the program, participants will analyze their results to determine viability of their opportunity, and be positioned to build a minimum viable product based on customer feedback.
Participants are expected to commit at least 15 hours/week for in class sessions and homework deliverables.
