About this event

We all have a natural inclination to expand, to realize the highest most truthful expression of ourselves. The greater clarity you have about what really drives you in life, the greater your competitive advantage in life. This is because your highest values, what is truly most important to you, is where you are most spontaneously inspired to go after challenges. Even though we sometimes think we want an easy and comfortable life, what we really want is a meaningful life. A meaningful life comes from going after challenges that inspire us. The more aligned your career and goals are to what you truly value most, the more naturally inspired you are to challenge yourself to keep growing and achieving.

In this mini-workshop and networking session, you will gain greater insight into what drives your fellow colleagues in the engineering industry and greater understanding about what drives you. You will be taken through a process to clarify what really makes you tick. You will be able to apply this self-awareness toward building a congruent and meaningful career in which you are internally motivated to keep expanding beyond your comfort zone.

Format: Zoom
