Gomathi Boorada leads the Saraswathi Society for Dance and Music in Edmonton.

Nisha Patel is Edmonton's Poet Laureate, and she is a poet, artist and public speaker

Alethe Kabore is a fashion/ textile artist & entrepreneur based in Edmonton. She is the owner of Kyn Apparel and is a French Black woman artist entrepreneur. Alethe is part of the Black Owned Market initiative and runs a small store out of the Downtown Farmers market.
