District Mission: We build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence.
District Council serves as the administrative governing body of the District, operating with powers delegated to the District Council by the Board of Directors of Toastmasters International. District Council includes:
- Club Presidents
- Club Vice Presidents Education
- District Executive Committee members
The District Council conducts all business of the District. Quorum is required to:
- Elect the 2022-2023 District Officers
- Adopt the alignment of District 61 clubs

You dedicate valuable time and provide a tremendous service to Toastmasters - we want your journey to be rewarding through a program year that is fulfilling and engaging. This meeting is the opportnity to represent your club and have your voice heard. Our goal is to ensure we develop and execute plans that support your club to achieve excellence.

IMPORTANT: You are completing the credentials registration to attend the District Council meeting, which will be held during the hybrid 2022 District 61 Annual Conference. Should you wish to attend the 2022 Conference, you must purchase your ticket separate to this credentials registration for District Council. Join us in the fun during the Annual Conference, and purchase your ticket to participate in all the activities 2022-04-29 to 2022-05-01.
*Voting Members of District Council are responsible for bringing their own device to participate and vote if they are at the Fairmont Tremblant Hotel. This device must be functional on the Zoom platform and use of the chat feature within Zoom.
