We are busy planning retreat and we're so excited for this yearly CCD family reunion!
The cost of retreat includes your meals, the retreat program and accommodations (if you plan to stay with us). Don't plan to stay the night? No problem. Just select the "Retreat ONLY" ticket option : )

Want to arrive early or stay longer?
Perfect - we negotiated a discounted price for your room of $119/night... for 3 days before & after retreat. So go ahead... take some time! Just let us know (email herbertl@cmaccd.com) so we can tell Horseshoe to expect your call (any extra nights booked can be done directly with the resort).
Want to bring your kids?
We can help with that too. Programming will be made available for kiddos during retreat sessions. If you will be bringing your children to retreat, you will have to add them on to your ticket when you are registering. The ticket price for children will cover the cost of food & programming.

FREE TIME GROUP ACTIVITY OPTIONS
We really try NOT to schedule every minute of your retreat because we know that can be exhausting, which is the opposite of what a retreat should do for your heart & soul. When we plan the schedule, we prioritize space for you to rest, be an introvert, reconnect with God and your spouse, journal or whatever else you want to do.
And for all you extroverts, for the people who enjoy connecting through activity, for those with high energy levels, we've planned a couple optional activities for you! See below.
Guided Hike (2 hours+) | COST: $15/PERSON
Wed Nov 7 @ 1pm - There's nothing better than a family hike in the Fall through the scenic onsite trails of Horseshoe Valley and Copeland Forest. The hike will last approximately 2 hours, and then you'll be greeted by a warm fire, hot chocolate & snacks back at the resort! Select this as an additional item during registration.
TREETOP TREKKING EXPERIENCE | COST: $25-60/PERSON
Wed Nov 7 @ 1pm - Spend an adventure filled afternoon climbing and zipping from tree to tree with your CCD family, the family you brought and a team of friendly and experienced guides that will ensure you have fun in a safe environment. Everyone starts on the beginner/intermediate courses and works their way up for as much challenge as they can handle (advanced & expert courses available for those more daring by nature).
