We are extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to come together with brilliant members of the community such as Akil and Graham to discuss and explore the marvels of healthy resilience systems.
Akil
"Father" of humble composting earth worms and a wealth of knowledge of all things compost. He is known for his incredible efforts educating the public about the wonders of compost by also serving the community with beautiful thoughtful worm studios for your home. He helps people on a daily basis to build healthy soils and relationships with the earth.
Graham Calder
Founder of P3 Permaculture in October of 2009. Dissatisfied with the traditional environmentalist approach and its ability to meet the challenges of our time, he turned to permaculture. After finishing his BA in Environmental and Ecology Studies at Concordia University, obtaining his Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) from Jesse Lemieux at Pacific Permaculture, and an apprenticeship one of the great names in the field, Geoff Lawton, he has been dedicating his self to creating new courses and projects that will inspire and facilitate the transition to regenerative solutions for our society. Sharing his vast knowledge and over a wide range of students in permaculture design and has offered design services in more than 9 countries around the world from Montreal, China, Costa Rica and Cameroon.
Together we bring YOU a wealth of knowledgeable panelists from different spheres sharing inspiring ideas and knowledge for an evening you will absolutely want to be present for.
