Event description

Description

You are invited to a lunch discussion about the Deliberately Developmental Organization.

"Most leading organizations invest in growing some of their people, via supports outside the flow of the normal workday—e.g., executive coaching, high-potential programs, mentoring, and leadership development. A new breed of company, however, is committed to development for all, creating immersive cultures for continuous individual growth as the necessary means of achieving superior business results." The Deliberately Developmental Organization by Robert Kegan, Lisa Lahey, Andy Fleming, Matthew Miller and Inna Markus

Kim Armstrong has collected various materials over the years about leadership and would welcome an opportunity to discuss these in a conversational context.

There will be one session (Noon-1:00 p.m.) every week or couple of weeks starting in June 2017 and there is room for 10 people at each session. Each event will feature an article or a video that participants will be asked to review in advance which will form the basis for the discussion. We will send out the article via email prior to the meeting.

Please bring your own lunch and we will provide cookies, coffee and tea.
