An Online Deep Dive Into Stress Release: For Those Currently Practicing Breathing Meditations

About this event

Go on your own full body, feel good, mind altering meditation journey with Marie Bodine as your online guide. Learn how to make "happy chemicals" giving your body space to detox, while uploading more clarity.

This one time registration gives you access to 6 powerful 90 minute classes.

Have your blanket ready, a pillow, have comfortable clothing, water, and perhaps a journal near by. Each 90 minute online Zoom class includes an introduction, a curated playlist, a meditation immediately following your online bodywork session, and time for journaling and questions.

You will be sent a private link to access each of the 6 online sessions. The class for the last week of August will be moved to September 5.

Disclaimer: Meditation is powerful, and can invoke release. This class is not suitable for people who are under the age of 19, anyone who may be pregnant, epileptic, or with a heart condition. If you have been diagnosed with psychosis or a severe mental illness this event may not suitable for you. This practice is not a substitute for prescription medication, or health advice from your medical professional.

Your DMT experience is up to how your own body responds on that day. Every session provides it's own journey and message. Our bodies take what they need, and leave the rest for another time. Let go of attachment, and arrive with an open and curious mind.

It is not recommended that alcohol or other recreational substances be consumed prior to this event.
