How Businesses Can Drive Social Change and Become More Successful Than Ever
Featuring inspiring presentations and a trade show exhibition, the Do Good, Make Money event promises to engage and inform Windsor-Essex about how social innovation improves communities globally, and locally.
• How social innovation reduces poverty, violence and pollution, improves health and education, and provides employment to those who face barriers;
• Why businesses must embrace the mindset of social innovation to succeed;
• What are Social Enterprises? Are they a non-profit organization or for-profit business? What are their financing options?
Discover: Local Social Enterprises and meet Social Entrepreneurs at our trade show exhibition.
Keynote: The founder of the social innovation project StopGap, Luke Anderson has changed the conversation around accessibility and inclusivity in Toronto. He will share the moving story of the accident that inspired StopGap, and how great ideas often come from a place of need.
