Description

Make Your Own Cutlery Wraps

Celebrate Spring with less plastic, more picnics. A little preparation means you can bring your own cutlery when you eat out, and make a big difference in reducing pollution. Join us as we ready our zero waste picnic/lunch boxes with a very handy cutlery wrap. This is a sewing heavy, hands on workshop that produces professional quality wraps for you to take home. However, under the guidance of our amazing leaders no skills are needed - just come ready to learn and create!

Take home: an upcycled cloth cutlery wrap. No sewing experience required, all materials provided.

Note: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to 3:00 and plan to attend for the entire workshop. Homemade snacks and hot beverages will be served during the introductions. Don't forget to bring your reusable mug!

This workshop is brought to you by Works-in-Progress as part of the Building Roots Do It Together series and is FREE for all to attend - donations are welcome but not necessary.
